Service Agreement Overview
By engaging the services of INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSES OF BROWNSVILLE, INC., you're agreeing to the operational protocols and safety standards we've established over 17 years in the Texas logistics corridor. We don't believe in hidden clauses. Clarity is the bedrock of our forwarding partnerships.
Cargo Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is governed by industry-standard freight regulations. Have you reviewed your additional insurance options? While we treat every crate like it's our own, standard limits apply unless declared otherwise at the time of booking.
Liability for storage within our Laredo facilities begins once the gate-in receipt is issued. We're not responsible for pre-existing mechanical failures of refrigerated units.
Warehouse Usage
Facilities at 3910 East Del Mar Blvd are strictly monitored. Clients must provide 24-hour notice for large-scale container retrieval. This ensures our loading docks remain efficient for everyone. Why settle for congestion when we can plan ahead?
Storage fees are calculated on a daily basis unless a monthly forwarding contract is in place. Late pick-ups may incur demurrage charges.
Transit & Routing
INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSES OF BROWNSVILLE, INC. reserves the right to select the most efficient transit route for your delivery. We'll always prioritize safety over speed, though we're known for beating deadlines. Transit times are estimates based on normal border conditions.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 15 days of the cargo delivery date. We accept wire transfers and corporate checks. Failure to settle accounts may result in a dynamic lien against future shipments. It's just business.
